Meaningful Activity From Our Students

Samsun University Communication Design and Management Department students held a theatrical event at the Canik Campus cafeteria as part of the “International Week for the Elimination of Violence Against Women”.

In the event, the stories of women who were stigmatized and exposed to psychological violence as well as physical violence were played out; The women who suffered violence, especially Şule ÇET, Emine BULUT, Güleda CANKEL, Ceren DAMAR ŞENEL, Sibel KAYA, Berfin ÖZEK, were represented by the students. During the lunch hour, our students walked among the students of our university and staged the violence stories with make-up, clothes and striking discourses, and also played the stories of women who have been disadvantaged in the society, such as widows and child brides. The remarkable activities of our students regarding the relevant theme were followed with great interest by the students of our school, who were in the cafeteria during this time.
